Bradenton sales rose even with fewer homes for sale

The one fact that changes what you should do right now: the Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 820 homes sold across Bradenton in the three months ending August 31, 2026, up 10.2% from the same months of 2025. More sales with less inventory means buyers are competing for what is there. If you are a seller, that matters.

Freddie Mac put the 30-year fixed rate at 7.24% on October 29, 2026. That is not a low rate. Yet Bradenton buyers kept showing up. Pending sales across these ZIP codes rose 6.1%, per the Real Estate Data Aggregator. Demand did not disappear when rates climbed.

What fewer homes for sale actually means

The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 1,298 homes for sale across Bradenton, down 9.4% from a year before. New listings held flat. So the pool shrank because homes sold faster, not because sellers stopped listing. That is a different problem than a slow market.

Each ZIP code tells its own story

The citywide number is useful. But one street can read very differently from the whole. Here is what the Real Estate Data Aggregator found for each ZIP code in the three months ending August 31, 2026.

The ZIP codes moving fastest

ZIP 34203 stood out for speed. The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted a median of 47 days on market there, 30 days shorter than the same period in 2025. Months of supply dropped to 3.6, down 2 full months from last year. One in three homes went under contract within two weeks of listing, up 15.4 points.

ZIP 34205 also moved quickly. Median days on market fell 18 days to 43, the shortest of any ZIP in this group. More than a third of homes, 36.1%, went under contract within two weeks, up 8.2 points per the Real Estate Data Aggregator.

  2. 234203 – Bradenton, FL47 days
  3. 334209 – Bradenton, FL50 days
  4. 434207 – Bradenton, FL63 days
  5. 534201 – Bradenton, FL80 days
  6. 634208 – Bradenton, FL81 days
  7. 734210 – Bradenton, FL89 days

Where prices moved the most

ZIP 34210 saw the biggest price jump. The Real Estate Data Aggregator put the median sale price there at $393,000, up 29.4% from a year before. Sales volume jumped 79.1% in the same ZIP. Those are large moves. They can reflect a change in the mix of homes that sold, not only a change in what any one home is worth.

ZIP 34207 went the other way. The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted a median sale price of $241,200, down 9.8%, with sales volume down 20.4%. Days on market stretched 7 days longer. The same caution about mix applies: fewer sales in a ZIP can shift the median even when individual homes hold their value.

A word on the rate environment

Freddie Mac reported a 30-year fixed rate of 7.24% on October 29, 2026. The 15-year averaged 6.60% that same week. Those numbers raise a monthly payment meaningfully on any price point. Buyers in Bradenton are working with that math and still closing. That tells you something about local demand.

The Federal Housing Finance Agency reported U.S. house prices rose 0.3% from July to August, seasonally adjusted. That is a national figure, not a Bradenton one. It is background, not a prediction for any one street here.

What this means if you own here

Buyers are showing up. Inventory is thinner than last year. Pending sales rose 6.1% across Bradenton, per the Real Estate Data Aggregator. Those are the conditions a seller works with.

But the ZIP codes differ enough that the citywide number can mislead you. A home in 34210 sitting 89 days on market is a different conversation than one in 34205 that went under contract in 43. Price, location, and condition all pull in different directions.

In short
  1. Bradenton closed 820 sales in the three months ending August 31, 2026, up 10.2%, even as available homes fell 9.4%.
  2. Rates are high at 7.24% per Freddie Mac, but buyers are still moving.
  3. The story inside each ZIP code is different enough that the market average can point you in the wrong direction.
